RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At RaveZombie, we take pride in delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a purchased item. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process:

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

We offer free returns of any product within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. If any additional accessories were included with the product(s) being returned, those accessories must be returned with the product in the same condition that they were received.

To initiate a free return:

Contact us at support@ravezombie.com, and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) being returned

  • A description of why you are returning your product(s)

Upon receiving your email and processing your request, our support team will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a pre-paid return shipping label.

​

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging, along with any included accessories or documentation.

  • Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and send it back to us.

  • Customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product for a refund.

Once your return has been processed and all of the above criteria have been met, you will be issued a coupon code containing store credit equaling the total value of the returned product(s), excluding shipping fees and tax.

EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

​

If you receive a defective item, you have the option to request an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

The item must be in its original packaging and in the condition which it was received. If any additional accessories were included with the product(s) being returned, those accessories must be returned with the product in the same condition that they were received.

To initiate a return for an item exchange:

Contact us at support@ravezombie.com, and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) being returned

  • A description of the problem experienced with the product(s) being returned

  • A clear photo of the product(s) being returned showing any defect(s) if possible

Upon receiving your email and processing your request, our support team will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a pre-paid return shipping label (for eligible cases).

 

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging, along with any included accessories or documentation.

  • Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and send it back to us.
