SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME


All in-stock inventory items will be shipped within 2 business days of an order being placed.
Hours of operation Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All domestic and international shipments are made via USPS. A tracking number is provided for every order once the shipment has left our facility. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact support@ravezombie.com and include your order number.

Please note that we do not have control over the shipment process, however in the event of any tracking or shipment issues, we will do our best to assist you.

SHIPPING RATES

​

Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight and the shipping destination. The cost of shipping your order will be shown during the checkout process, prior to final order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES


Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee shipping times. In the event of any shipping delays or missing shipments, please reach out to USPS with the tracking number provided with your order. If additional assistance is required, please contact support@ravezombie.com and include your order number.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

All shipments include full insurance coverage. In the event your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact support@ravezombie.com and include your order number and photos of any damaged product(s) if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

RaveZombie is not responsible for any customs duties or fees. Please be sure to contact your customs office to obtain information regarding potential customs fees.
